MVR Evaporation Technology in the Recovery System in PA6 Polymerization Process

Description:
Description:
Information

MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) is a technology used in evaporation system for the compression of secondary vapor to elevate its enthalpy and thus to circulate it as heating media again for evaporation.
The MVR technology by Hiscien has successfully been applied in many PA6 polymerization projects. For the evaporation of monomer water in PA6 poly plants, the running cost of evaporation by MVR technology is 70% less than by the conventional multi-stage evaporation system.
